About 80 Catholic students, teachers and parents from St. Francis Xavier’s College and St. Francis Xavier’s School, Tsuen Wan made a pilgrimage to one of the oldest churches in Hong Kong, St. Joseph’s Chapel in Yim Tin Tsai on 1-5-2008 (Thursday).

Yim Tin Tsai is a small offshore island in Sai Kung area. Early in 1864, two priests started preaching in Yim Tin Tsai. And in 1875, all villagers on the island were baptized and became devoted Catholics. On the whole, the pilgrimage gave the participants a chance to know the grace and love of God through the preaching of the priests, and respond to the call from the Lord positively.
