The 3^rd Staff Development Day was held on 20^th June, 2008 (Friday) at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. Teachers from the two Marist schools, St. Francis Xavier’s School and St. Francis Xavier’s College, attended a 6-hour Joint Staff Development Program on Lesson Analysis. The plenary speakers, Professor Lo Fu Yin-wah and Dr. Ko Po-yuk, Centre for Learning-study and School Partnership, analyzed and compared some good lessons in Chinese, English, Mathematics and Science classrooms. The speakers attributed a good lesson to 3 major aspects, namely technical aspects, personal attributes and aspects related to the object of learning attribute.
