15-day UK Cultural and Academic Exploration Tour

Thirty of our students extended their learning beyond the classroom during the 15-day UK Cultural and Academic Exploration Tour (16–30 July 2026), combining language immersion, university insight, cultural discovery and hands-on experiences across London, Canterbury, Cambridge and Oxford.

In London, students explored landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and The Shard, experiencing both the city’s heritage and modern skyline. Guided visits to the British Museum and Natural History Museum deepened their historical and scientific understanding. They also took part in a mock trial at the Royal Courts of Justice and a public speaking workshop on entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics (LSE). Cultural enrichment continued with the West End musical Wicked.

University life and academic aspirations were another major focus. Students visited UCL for campus learning and creative workshops, and experienced the atmosphere of Cambridge and Oxford. Highlights included a team problem-solving workshop at the University of Cambridge and visits to King’s College and Christ Church College.

Other memorable experiences included the Harry Potter Studio Tour, Arsenal Football Stadium and Hampton Court Palace, where students deepened their understanding of Britain’s royal history and heritage. A traditional high tea added an authentic cultural experience to the programme.

Overall, the tour strengthened students’ confidence in English, global awareness and personal growth, enabling them to return home with greater curiosity, broader perspectives and lasting memories.
