Home-coming of Class of 1977

1 December was not only the SFX Day of the year, it also marked the home-coming of the graduates of the year 1977 after 40 years of graduation!

The first of the series of home-coming activities was the sharing session after the School Mass by two representatives of the 77’ Class, Mr. Phillip Tang (Arts) and Dr. Vincent Ho (Science). They shared their fond college days and life experience with our boys and inspired them to go for their dreams.

In the evening on the same day, around fifty 77’ Boys came back to SFXC for a warm reunion. The gathering began with a school tour led by Principal Iu around the campus and his presentation to the participants on the school history when all participants were amused by the memorable old photos of the school as well as their own student photos taken in Form 1. It was followed by a presentation of souvenirs, singing of the School Song as well as chanting of the signature three cheers. The highlight of the reunion was the buffet dinner at the cozy Brothers’ Canteen, during which the 77’ boys had the pleasure of having their teachers, including Mr. Yuen Chi Fai, Mr. Anthony Poon, Mr. Chan Cho Hung, Mr. William Wong, Ms. Jannie Tsang and Mr. Lo Chu Kai, to join the occasion. It was definitely a remarkable, memorable and enjoyable night for all participants!

Welcome back, 77’ Boys!
