To deepen students’ understanding of the history of the War of Resistance, the school hosted the “AI 抗戰志士” Exhibition on September 19 and 22. The exhibition was organized by the Education Bureau and co-organized by The Academy of Chinese Studies, bringing a unique and meaningful learning opportunity to our campus.
The exhibition showcased valuable historical archives and the remarkable stories of wartime heroes. A special highlight was the AI War of Resistance Hero (抗戰志士), which provides immersive feature provided students with a vivid and memorable way to explore the history of the Anti-Japanese War.
Students from junior forms attended the exhibition during their Chinese History, History, or Citizenship and Social Development (CES) lessons. To complement the exhibition, the school library also held a themed book display to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance, encouraging students to further explore this important period in Chinese history.
We hope the exhibition not only enriched students' historical knowledge, but also inspired a deeper appreciation for the sacrifices of those who came before us, and encouraged them to learn from history.
