The DSE Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2024 was held on 9 September. We were honoured to welcome Mr. Kwong Cheuk Yin, the chairman of the SFXC Alumni Association and representative of the SFXC Foundation, back to his alma mater to present awards to our students who excelled in the 2024 HKDSE.

Established in 2006, the SFXC Foundation utilizes alumni donations not only to improve school facilities and enhance teaching capabilities but also to distribute scholarships to outstanding students and provide financial support to those in need.

Congratulations to the boys who received the awards. We encourage our current F.6 students to continue striving for excellence, following in the footsteps of their graduated brothers.

Pre-S1 Summer Bridging Course 2024

The Pre-S1 Summer Bridging Course of 2024 was successfully held from July 18th to July 26th. As per our tradition, the English classes were taught by Native English teachers. Other subjects such as Mathematics, Science, History, and Geography were conducted by our Form 6 graduates.

It was encouraging to see the F1 boys actively participating both inside and outside the classroom. Their engagement in the activities provided a dynamic learning environment.

The course concluded with a graduation ceremony, where awards were presented to students who excelled in conduct and application. The event was a celebration of the students' hard work and achievements throughout the course.

In his closing speech, Mr. Lam Yuen Ho, the principal of the bridging course, encouraged the boys to make the most of their holidays and embody the Xaverian spirit. We hope the boys will remember they have learnt during the course and have a fruitful secondary school life.
